Do you accept returns?
We accept returns within 90 days from the date of purchase with a full refund. No questions asked, except "How could you NOT like it?" :)
How soon will my order arrive?
Domestic shipments take approximately 2-5 days and international takes about 1-2 weeks. Please note that international orders are often subject to duty fees from the carrier. Check with your local postal provider for specifics.
Can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation with tracking on your package as soon as it ships.
What if I need to change my order?
Sure. While we can't always change orders, if you email support@boombotix.com we will do our best to accommodate your requests! Our shipping cut-off is 3PM PST, so please try to contact us before then.
