I grew up in Reno and its really one of those places where you gotta keep yourself amused. During the day, I’m shipping car parts from 7-4 and all I can think about is getting off and getting to skate. I used to just listen to my music on a cell phone speaker and try to lay down some freestyle during my lunch break. The thing is that cell phone speakers suck. I started skating for Boombotix and I just started taking that thing everywhere. We would be filming at a stair set, a ledge, and a rail and we would take a Boombot with us. Its like having a Boombox, but its WAY smaller and lighter. AND and I can freestyle at lunch with a real BEAT in the background. Oh…and the ladies LOVE the boom. Trust me.
